Grades of 'C' or higher in most PSY and Statistics courses are required by Brockport. PSY courses with passing grades of 'C-' or lower can sometimes be used as electives in Brockport's Psychology major. Contact Brockport with questions.

* PROGRAM ELECTIVES: Choose any PSY course not already taken as a requirement for the degree (except PSY 290); or SOC 101.

Brockport requires PSY 101 and recommends PSY 108. A maximum of 21 PSY credits can be applied toward Brockport's Psychology major.


OPEN ELECTIVES: Students can take courses to fulfill Brockport’s
Diversity, Perspectives on Gender, and Contemporary Issues courses.

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher is advised for acceptance to SUNY Brockport.
GPA of 2.0 is required for MCC graduation.

The Psychology A.S. (PC01) will be the degree student is audited against and awarded from MCC.
