Printing turnaround times can be quite variable based on the complexity of your orders, the amount of pages and copies, services to be performed and the current workload. Every effort will be made to complete your order in the most expedient manner possible.
Below is our typical turnaround schedule as a guide for you to follow when submitting your orders. It is always recommended to give as much lead-time as possible to accommodate for any unforeseen and uncontrollable issues that may arise such as equipment breakdowns and short staffing due to absence or illness of Printing Services staff.
During our peak times, which fall mainly 6-8 weeks prior to each Fall and Spring semester starts, there are peak scheduling deadlines and turnaround times are extended to enable us to complete all orders in time for the first day of classes. Course materials are our priority during this period. These deadlines are set to guarantee completion of course materials by the first day of classes. Deadlines for materials to be sold in the Bookstore guarantees that these materials are on the Bookstore shelves, ready to purchase, 2 weeks prior to the start of classes. Please do the best you can to help us help you to be prepared for the first day of class.
