Walk Ins / Appointments

Office Hours

The Career Services Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:45am to 4:45pm in a hybrid model of both in-person and virtual services.  To request an appointment with a Career Team Member please email Career Services or schedule via Handshake. 

Individual Appointments Fall 2024

Individual appointments are available to assist you with a range of career-related topics. Working one-on-one with our professional staff can be an effective method for dealing with various career concerns, such as: exploring career options related to your academic program, reviewing a resume, cover letter, and reference list.

You can also email Career Services or stop by the Career Services Office (3-108) to schedule an appointment.

Walk-in Hours Fall 2024

Walk-in hours are available in Career Services (3-108) for students with brief career or job search questions. Meetings are limited to 30 minutes. No appointment is necessary.  Walk-ins are only available while classes are in session.

Mondays: 1 to 3pm
Wednesdays: 2 to 4pm
Thursdays: 10am to 12pm

Virtual Drop-ins Fall 2024

Zoom drop-in hours are available for students with brief career or job search questions. No appointment is necessary. 

Mondays: 10am to 12pm
Tuesdays: 10am to 12pm
Thursdays: 12 to 2pm
Fridays: 11am to 1pm

Resume and Cover Letter Assistance Fall 2024

Walk-in assistance for resumes and cover letters is available in the Career Library (3-108) on Tuesdays and Fridays. Stop in and work on your resume and cover letter with us.

Tuesdays: 1 to 4pm
Fridays: 10am to 12pm

Students can also meet with a Career Counselor during walk-ins or a scheduled appointment for resume and cover letter assistance.
