Disney Program

Since Walt Disney College Program (DCP) representatives began visiting MCC in 1982, the college has had over 1,800 students participate in this truly unique Living, Learning and Earning work-study internship away from home. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and one that can significantly contribute to a student's development. This experience may also prove to confirm the students' career choice and provides college credit.

Students who are selected have the option to participate in the program at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida or Disneyland in Anaheim, California for either five or seven months in either fall or spring. As an intern, students are working, attending classes if they choose, and enjoying many recreational and social activities.

Fall 2026 Disney College Program

We anticipate the fall 2026 Disney College Program application to open mid-January.

Application Process: Students will complete the DCP online application. If they meet the minimum qualifications and are identified as a strong candidate, they will be invited to schedule a phone interview. Selections will be based on application and interview results along with overall business need.

Fall 2026 Arrival/Departure Dates – Selected students will have the opportunity to choose their desired arrival and departure date range upon accepting their offer. For the fall season, arrival dates will span from May to August. Regardless of their arrival date, departure dates will not occur before January 2027.

As a reminder, the DCP is open to all majors and academic levels.

These 45 minute sessions are a perfect way for students/parents/advisors to learn more about the overall program experience and how to apply in a Zoom webinar setting. During these virtual sessions, members of the recruitment team will provide insight on each component of the Disney College Program experience, share how to apply for consideration, and answer your questions. Learn everything you need to know as you prepare to study, experience, and create magic at the Walt Disney World® Resort!
