Since Walt Disney College Program (DCP) representatives began visiting MCC in 1982, the college has had over 1,800 students participate in this truly unique Living, Learning and Earning work-study internship away from home. It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and one that can significantly contribute to a student's development. This experience may also prove to confirm the students' career choice and provides college credit.
Students who are selected participate in the program at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida for either five or seven months in either fall or spring and a possible summer extension. As an intern, students are working, attending on-line classes if they choose, and enjoying many recreational and social activities.

Application Process: Students will complete the DCP online application. If they meet the minimum qualifications and are identified as a strong candidate, they will be invited to schedule a phone interview. Selections will be based on application and interview results along with overall business need.
Spring 2027 Arrival/Departure Dates – Selected students will have the opportunity to choose their desired arrival and departure date range upon accepting their offer. For the spring 2027 season, arrival dates will most likely span from January 2027 to February 2027. Departure dates will most likely span from May 2027 through August 2027.
