Hands-On Training

Fire Protection Technology courses are taught at MCC's Public Safety Training Facility, a 17-acre, multi-discipline training campus for fire, EMS, and law enforcement professionals. As you study topics like fire behavior, building construction, fire prevention, and emergency response, you'll train in realistic indoor and outdoor environments—including fire simulation structures and a burn building—giving you valuable hands-on experience that connects classroom learning to real-world applications.
