We are organized into four main areas:
- Physical Plant
- Building Repairs: Twenty-one people working two shifts. Primarily providing plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance jobs.
- Grounds: Ten people who take care of all 324 acres of campus landscaping, parking
lots, roads, as well as maintaining the equipment necessary to perform these tasks.
- Engineering Services
- Traditional functions: Project planning and design, and maintaining a library of all
campus drawings and print files. We have three people in this area.
- Operating Engineers: Nine people who work on mechanical building systems, such as
heating and air conditioning.
- Custodial Operations
- Housekeeping: Forty-nine people working two shifts. Doing all the interior cleaning
as well as event set-up and tear down tasks for the campus.
- Environmental Health & Safety
- Responsible for the development and implementation of programs intended to insure
the safety and well-being of all campus members
