Special Studies Courses (Sequential Course numbers 180 through 189 and 280 through 289) *
Special Studies is a general heading for experimental courses or those for which the demand is untested, unknown, immediate, or temporary. A Special Studies course may be submitted as a general elective or as an elective in the areas of Humanities, Social Science, Mathematics, Natural Science or Health/Physical Education.
A Special Studies course may be submitted as a program elective at the discretion of the department. A special studies course may be in the areas of Humanities, Social Science, Mathematics, Natural Science or Health/Physical Education.
Special Studies courses are approved for a period of two (2) years.
