We keep and maintain many of the records and files associated with your MCC education.

You can order a transcript 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. This service is provided by our partner, Parchment. For

To request a verification of enrollment at Monroe Community College:
Current Students You can request a free Enrollment Verification Certificate by logging into myMCC.
Find the request at: Student Home>My Account>Student>Student Records.
For loan deferment purposes, your lender will need to contact the National Student
Clearinghouse directly.
Former Students To request an Enrollment Verification Certificate at no charge, you can email Registration & Records. Please include your full name, student ID (M#) or the last 4 digits of your SSN,
your DOB and the term(s) or semester(s) for which you need to verify your enrollment.
Certificates can also be obtained in person at the Registration & Records office during
regular business hours.
Or you can contact the National Student Clearinghouse directly for a verification
at the cost of $19.95 per request.
Businesses and Outside Organizations Monroe Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide
enrollment and degree verifications. Student loan agencies, insurance companies, apartment
managers and landlords should contact the National Student Clearinghouse for verification
of your enrollment status. Degree verification and dates of attendance can be requested
at a cost of $19.95 per request. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted

Your educational records—such as information about financial aid, housing, grades,
and more—are confidential. But your general directory information (name, major, etc.)
is not confidential and could be made public.
As an MCC student, you are entitled to:
Full access to your educational records
The right to challenge the content of your records
The right to limit the release of such records without your written consent
To give someone permission to access your educational records:
Your personal information might change at some point during your time at MCC.
New or current students (with an active account): To update your information (name, address, Social Security Number, etc.), please use
this Personal Information Change Form.
Alumni (former students with an inactive account): To update your information (name, address, Social Security Number, etc.), please submit
this Personal Information Change Form.
*Please note the required forms of documentation for name or SSN change. Address changes
only require current driver's license. Documents can be submitted with the form in
person or via email registratation@monroecc.edu.
