To finalize an EOP application, students must submit verification documents to prove
both academic potential and financial eligibility. All documents (if applicable) must
be uploaded directly to the college's applicant portal or the SUNY Application Services
Center.

All Fall 2026 applicants must confirm taxable income meets eligibility guidelines
and submit proof of non-taxable income from the 2024 calendar year to determine financial
eligibility for EOP.
The Income Verification form is used to request a social security and/or social security disability benefit statement.
Visit the Social Security site for information on how to request a social security benefit statement (Form SSA-1099/1042)
online, over the phone, or in person, or print a payment detail statement from your
personal "my Social Security" account.

The EOP Recommendation Form should be used by first-time applicants only and given to high school counselor,
teacher, minister, rabbi, priest, lawyer, social worker, supervisor, or manager who
will write in support of your application.
