MTH-166: Introduction to Data Analysis with Excel

Course Description

An introduction to data analysis intended to give an understanding to applications involving basic descriptive statistics and regression. Topics include: statistical charts, measures of central tendency and dispersion, correlation, linear and non-linear regression modeling. Emphasis is on identification of model and interpretation. Excel software is used. One class hour. Corequisite: MTH 165 or

Prerequisites

MTH 165 with a grade of C or better, or equivalent. 1 Credit.
