Course Description
A study of the rich literary heritage found in both Hebrew and Christian scripture. The course focuses on such types as: saga, short story, poetry, gospel narrative and apocalyptic writings. Themes include the human struggle to understand the Divine and the nature of good and evil. Three class hours. (SUNY-H) English 101 with a C or better, placement into English 200, or instructor permission.
