ACC-201: Accounting Using QuickBooks

Course Description
An applied approach to the use of Intuit QuickBooks. Material covered will include sales and receivables; payables and purchases; closing procedures; payroll; and company set-up for service and merchandising companies. This course is designed to cover skills sets needed for the QuickBooks certification exam. Scheduled to be offered in the Fall Semester during the day and the Spring Semester during the evening. Three class hours. Course offered Fall and Spring. Three class hours.
Prerequisites
ACC 101 with a minimum grade of C or higher OR ACC 130 with a grade of C or higher.
