Course Description
This course provides an exploration and in-depth study into the field of integrative health and wellness from historical, political, economic and practical perspectives. Learners apply this knowledge base to the development of a variety of wellness coaching skills, such as consumer health navigation, wellness planning and motivational interviewing. Three class hours. .
