Services

The Educational Opportunity Program is here to guide and assist you through your new college experience. We offer tutorial services, counseling, advising, financial aid support, and a host of exciting workshops. Students may also be eligible for an EOP supplemental grant to help with college related expenses based on need. Other supportive services include:

  • Pre-Freshman bridge program (first-time students, 2-4 weeks)
  • Continuous engagement with designated counselor
  • Financial advisement
  • Study skills/orientation classes
  • Academic Excellence Seminar - Warning and Restriction Program
  • Support in completing federal and state financial aid forms
  • Assistance with transfer to similar opportunity programs such as HEOP, SEEK, and College Discovery within New York State
