Plant - Based Dining: Wednesday, April 10th from 10:30 am - 2:00 pm!
Sodexo Dining Operations is hosting a Plant-Based Menu Event in collaboration with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS).
Join us in both the 321 Cafe, Downtown Campus & the Marketplace Food Court, Brighton Campus on Wednesday, April 10th from 10:30am to 2:00pm.
Brighton Campus Marketplace Specials:
- Roasted Poblano Peppers Stuffed with Arroz Con Crema-White Rice with Onion, Corn, Sour Cream, Vegan Cheddar Cheese & Cilantro accompanied by Chipotle Ancho Salsa
- Vegan Crab Cakes: Chesapeake Cakes with Hearts of Palm, Onion, Red Bell Peppers, Garlic, Toasted Nori formed into a Pattie and Coated in Panko Breadcrumbs and Seafood Seasonings, Fried until golden brown and drizzled with Vegan Mayo on a Brioche Roll
