Relationship-Rich Faculty Advisee Lunches
Building on the concepts in Relationship-Rich Education, we would like to encourage faculty to take assigned advisees out to lunch between February 14th and April 14th by providing the meals for you. We know that faculty connections can make a difference in whether students see themselves as belonging in college and having a viable path in their career.

Faculty can schedule multiple dates if you have more than a few advisees interested. What’s the catch? Nothing is required but your enthusiasm, but we’d love your feedback after lunch if you have thoughts to share. Comments can be emailed to kcollins@monroecc.edu
Faculty and students would need to be eligible to come on campus https://www.monroecc.edu/coronavirus/
Want to be involved but not sure how best to invite your advisees? See the attachment for a draft email which you can edit for your voice.
