Library Access for College NOW Students
Did you know that high school students enrolled in MCC College NOW courses have the same access to the MCC Libraries as do all other students? Since many of our resources and services are available online through our website, they don't even need to come to campus to use them (but they are always welcome in person too!).
College NOW students can:
-
search 100+ library databases for online articles, ebooks, and streaming video,
-
meet with a librarian remotely for help finding and evaluating sources,
- view our online tutorials and subject guides to learn college-level research strategies and resources, and more!
Students can find these resources and services mentioned above on the MCC Libraries' website or on the Library Services tile on myMCC.
Students will need to use their MCC email addresses and passwords in order to access library databases and some other library resources and services from off-campus. Students can find and activate their MCC email accounts at https://myaccount.monroecc.edu
Academic libraries are an integral part of a college student's success. Help prepare your College NOW students for the transition to college by introducing them to the MCC Libraries. Learn more at the College Now Students' Guide to the MCC Libraries.
