Over the past two weeks, MCC labor-management teams from the Faculty Association and administration, including the President, met with a facilitator from Cornell University’s ILR School. We are working to move from an unsatisfactory relationship toward a mutually satisfactory relationship in which we engage respectfully to identify needs and concerns. We are engaging in this effort because we believe it will benefit MCC for our teams to discover common ground and satisfy interests where possible, enabling us to support our mission and employees more effectively.
