Join the Wellness Council for a Cooking Class Featuring Heart Healthy Holiday Bites!

Join Chef Angela Douglas, of MCC's Hospitality Management Department, in this hands-on cooking class which explores festive and delicious DASH diet-friendly recipes. Join us on Wednesday, December 13, from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. in the Hospitality Department kitchen in Building 3, Room 140-A. Thanks to the Wellness Council, this event is free to all participants! This event is open to all MCC employees.
The menu includes: Fish Tacos with Mango and Pomegranate Salsa, Cranberry and Brie Parcels and Asian Chicken Wraps.
Seating is limited and is on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to sign up early!

For your safety in the kitchen, please wear covered-toed shoes with non-slip bottoms. Tennis shoes/sneakers are great!
