Brightspace Gradebook Cleanup

Join our Brightspace Gradebook session this Wednesday at 3:15pm! 

There is no better time than now to check your gradebook settings! The Virtual Campus team can help you prepare for final grade submission as the end of the semester approaches. Once your gradebook is set up, your students will be aware of their current standing and can monitor their progress toward their final grade goals. 

This session will be split into two sections, with one group focusing on the foundations of setting up a gradebook and the other focusing on some more advanced gradebook options. The foundation group will explore the gradebook setup wizard, establish a logical organizational structure, and efficiently add grades. The advanced group will venture into strategies for organizing columns, connecting grade columns to assignments, and managing exceptions such as dropping grades. By the end of the session, you will have a jump start on preparing your grades for reporting before the holiday break.

Due to the unique format of this session, the Zoom room will be locked at 3:20pm for the duration of the session. The foundation presentation will be recorded and shared out after the session. The advanced session will be recorded during the second Gradebook Cleanup session  in December.
