Dr. Holly Wheeler's article, "The STARS Project: A practical professional development program for higher education professionals who serve military-connected students" was recently published in New Directions for Higher Education. The Supporting Transitioning and Returning Service Members (STARS) Project is a researched-based professional development program enabling higher education institutions to better serve students who have served or are currently serving in the US military.
