President Anne Kress in her Wednesday Tribune message encouraged all members of the MCC community to read P.M. Forni’s book Choosing Civility: The Twenty-Five Rules of Considerate Conduct. In addition to the free copies for faculty and staff, and copies for purchase in the MCC Bookstore, the LeRoy V. Good Library on the Brighton campus has several copies of the book on reserve, available on request at the Checkout/Reserve Desk, which may be borrowed for a week with your MCC ID card. The Damon City Campus Library will also have a copy on reserve after September 13. It’s a quick but dense read which covers topics such as “Nice Guys Finish Last—or Do They?”
