MCC’s active threat exercise is three days away – the afternoon of Friday, June 20. Please remember that the College will close at noon; all employees not involved in the exercise should leave the Brighton Campus by 12:15 p.m.
The noon closure applies to all college locations, not just the Brighton Campus.
As noted in previous MCC Daily Tribune announcements, some parking lots and buildings will have restricted access all day or part of the day. Safety personnel will be present around restricted areas to ensure no one inadvertently enters the exercise areas.
Help us let the community know that this is an exercise and not an actual event. Share our Facebook posts, re-tweet our Tweets or just talk about it with your friends and neighbors. This exercise is an important part of keeping our college community safe.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know (mailto:rschill001@monroecc.edu or mailto:ccooper@monroecc.edu).
