Weeks of Welcome: Spa Day

  • Monday, February 8th, 11am to 1pm, Downtown Campus 2nd Floor Student Lounge  

Join First Year Experience & Campus Activities Board for a day of relaxation to start the week on a peaceful note.

Soup’er Bowl Drive

  • Monday, February 6th through February 13th
  • Collection Sites:
    • Brighton Campus: SLLD (3-126) & Financial Aid (1-231)
    • Downtown Campus: Student Services Center (suite 310) 

Please drop of your collections of soup & crackers starting Feb. 6th for the Office of Student Life & Leadership food drive for DWIGHT, our campus food pantry!

True Colors Workshop

  • Monday, February 6th, 3pm to 4:30pm, Brighton Campus Bldg. 3 -139A

Join the Office of Student Life & Leadership development for a True Colors workshop to learn about your leadership style and personality! This is a LEAD certificate eligible program!

Student Life Fair  

  • Wednesday, February 8th, 11:30am to 1:30pm, Brighton Campus R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center Atrium &Terrace
  • Wednesday, February 8th, 12pm to 1pm, Downtown Campus 2nd Floor Lounge

Join the Office of Student Life & Leadership Development at the Student Life Fair, and meet all the different clubs and organizations on campus, plus learn how to get involved!

Career Exploration Workshop

  • Thursday, February 9th, 12pm to 1pm, Zoom

Join the Office of Student Life & Leadership development for a Career Exploration workshop to learn about what career path might be best for you! This is a LEAD certificate eligible program! Email Sharon Rappenecker (srappenecker@monroecc.edu) to sign up!

Other news:

  • The Student Government Association leaders will be attending the Intercollegiate Student Leadership Conference, on Sunday, February 5th at St. John Fisher.  The conference theme is Building New Paths and Mayor Malik Evans will be the keynote speaker.
