Don’t miss the opportunity to join Hospitality Management Department Chair Michelle Bartell and Instructor Chef Gerry Brinkman and their students for a Cooking Demonstration, Wine Pairing and Tasting session during Alumni Week and Homecoming 2009!
Two sessions will be offered on Friday, Oct. 2 in room 3-140: Session A) 3 to 4:30 p.m. and Session B) 6 to 7:30 p.m. During each session attendees will explore various cooking techniques, ingredient selection, plate presentation, nutrition and menu planning.
