As part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, employers offering health insurance are now required to make Summaries of Benefits and Coverage (SBC’s) available to their employees. We have put our SBC’s on line under HR forms. They are labeled according to plans; SBC, Blue Point 2 Standard, SBC, Blue Point 2 Enhanced, and SBC, Excellus BluePPO.
