Salute to Excellence Honorees Recognized

WHEC-TV, WROC-TV and WXXI News radio recently announced the MCC Foundation's Salute to Excellence honorees during their news broadcasts.

ESL is recipient of the 2022 Salute to Excellence award in recognition of its philanthropic support of local residents seeking to return to school to achieve a high school diploma and/or a college credential and of the hundreds of Rochester-area children and teens who participate in the annual Be A Healthy Hero Summer Camp.

Dr. Alice Holloway Young, founding MCC trustee and board chair emerita, is recipient of the Salute to Volunteerism award in recognition of her enduring service, dedication and philanthropy to the college. Her son, Rodney, accepted the award on her behalf.
