DWIGHT Earns Inspection Grade of A (Platinum; highest level)

Last week, Sheila Williams, Capacity and Compliance Specialist with Foodlink visited DWIGHT for a compliance check. As you may know, DWIGHT is MCC’s Food Pantry (Doing What is Good and Healthy Together) located in Building 3, Room 125.

Operating on a Client Choice distribution model, food is displayed by food groups inside the pantry allowing clients to select their food as they walk through. Student Ambassadors may help guide clients with their choices.

Sheila Williams completed a full observation and inspection and noted how clean and organized the pantry is. DWIGHT earned an inspection grade of an A, Platinum Level. (This is the third Inspection in a row resulting in the highest grade.)

DWIGHT is opened Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. We serve many students a week, and appreciate any donations of food or personal care items.

Additional locations of DWIGHT are located at the Downtown Campus and in Residential Life.
