On January 31 Sodexo began featuring recipes published in the MCC 50th Anniversary Cookbook in the Brighton Room. Each week from now until the end of March a recipe will be featured one day during each week. Below is the schedule for the featured recipes. There will also be a table set up in front of the Brighton Room on those dates with cookbooks available for sale.
