MCC team article published in April 22 issue of HAPS Educator Journal

The MCC team authored article "Writing Intensive High Impact Practice along with Transparency in Learning and Teaching Promote Critical Thinking in Writing Assignments in Two Community College Science Courses " has been published by the Human Anatomy and Physiology Educator journal (HAPS-Educator) in the April 2022 issue.  

This article reflects the work and results of the VALUE Institute project under the AAC&U Ensuring Students are Learning grant.  The project was implemented in the Biology department and utilized the AAC&U Critical Thinking VALUE rubric assessment. The team for this component of the grant included:

The lead for the VALUE project and the article was Jim Cronmiller, who is now an emeritus faculty member but led our HIPs committee during the project and retired in August 2021.  Congratulations to the authors and thank you to Jim for leading this process.
