Please join me this week in welcoming Mark R. Farnung as MCC's new Food Service Director, overseeing all of our kitchen and dining facilities. Mark comes to us from the University of Rochester's Eastman School of Music, where he served as the Food Service Director for Aramark on that campus. Mark is an MCC alum, graduating from the Food Service Administration Program in 1982, and has a total of 27 years of food service experience. Once again, please join me in welcoming him back to the MCC Campus!
