The Sixth Act's Annual Bake-Off: Saturday, October 29

Join us Saturday, October 29, at 7 PM, in the Forum for this year's Sixth Act Bake-Off!

On Friday, 18 student actors, each wearing a costume of their choice, will introduce themselves to 6 student playwrights. The student playwrights will fight over who gets which actors and then will have until 5 AM each to write a brand-new play inspired by those actors and their costumes. The actors will return Saturday morning and work with a faculty or alumni director, and then will present these brand-new plays as WORLD PREMIERES Saturday evening. This is collaboriative art at its most extreme, and we invite you to bear witness to the work our theatre and creative-writing students are able to achieve with a little guidance and a lot of bravery!
