In the coming weeks, SUNY will launch a SUNY Fact of the Day program: one-liner facts from throughout SUNY that highlight the strengths and uniqueness of SUNY’s 64 colleges and universities.

Your fact should be:
· Interesting to a broad audience
· Positive
· “Braggable”
· Unique
· Historical
· Verifiable
Some thought-starting examples from SUNY:
· Construction of the first nuclear magnetic resonance image (MRI) of a living organism took place at Stony Brook University.
· SUNY Maritime offers Sailing as an intercollegiate sport.
· FIT is the only American campus to house a fragrance design studio.
· Billy Crystal graduated from Nassau Community College.
SUNY will feature the facts in a variety of their communication outlets.
