Health Care Programs Director Interviewed

Marcy Lynch, Ed.D., director of health care programs at MCC's Downtown Campus, was recently interviewed by WHEC-TV for a report on Monroe County's allocation of federal American Rescue Plan Act funds. MCC is among 40 local organizations and projects chosen to receive funding through the county. Recipients were announced in a news release, which was posted in the Sept. 23 Daily Tribune article.

Dr. Lynch was interviewed about holistic support services available for students connected to the Transforming Lives through Nursing Pathways initiative, aimed at expanding and strengthening the LPN, CNA training and development, Home Health Aide, and the Clinical Bridge programs to promote a smoother transition for working LPNs to succeed in MCC’s RN program.
