Corporate College Program Featured in RBJ
The Dec. 1 (Friday) edition of the Rochester Business Journal included an article about the many local employers that have benefited from the Developing the Conscious Leader and Conscious Culture program offered through MCC Corporate College.
Bob Freese, who teaches the program, discussed its goal and importance in terms of guiding leaders to be more responsive to employees' wants and needs in the workplace, help their business stay competitive in the global market, and instill a higher purpose as part of their day-to-day operations.
The reporter also interviewed former program participants Amy Rozin, manager of quality engineering at Gleason Works, and Eric Knaak, vice president and general manager of Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning.
Many thanks to Jim Gertner, director of projects and operations with the Corporate College, for his assistance in coordinating the media interviews.
