"The Power of One" DWIGHT Food Pantry Donation Drive

As individuals, we sometimes feel as if our actions don’t make a difference. However, acting together as a committee, department, division, or college, our actions become multiplied.

In this holiday season, we would like to harness the power of all employees and students on MCCs’ campuses to help students in need. To accomplish this, we are asking everyone to bring at least 1 item to donate to the DWIGHT Food Pantry.

What kind of items does DWIGHT need? All items are welcome at any time. The following items are just suggestions:

  • Nut butters and Jelly/Jams
  • Condiments, Salsa, Dressing
  • Hand soap and Bar soap
  • Canned tuna and chicken
  • Cereals and Oatmeal
  • Canned soups
  • Canned fruits and applesauce
  • Macaroni & cheese
  • Cookies and crackers
  • Dental hygiene products
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Shampoo and Conditioner
  • Snack bars
  • Pasta
  • Canned vegetables
  • Pancake mix and Syrup
  • Pasta sauces
  • Rice
  • Baking mixes
  • Shelf stable milks
  • Shelf stable cheese
  • Ramen noodles
