The Mathematics Department hosted the New York State Mathematics Association of
Two-Year Colleges Region I Conference on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002 at the
Brighton Campus. The conference was attended by 37 participants from the
western New York region and MCC. The conference offered nine sessions covering
a variety of topics, with presenters from five colleges. The presenters from
MCC were Mark McKinzie, Paul Seeburger, Tim McNamara, and Jan Wiranowski. The
NYSMATYC Region I Conference Planning Committee consisted of: Kim Martello
(conference coordinator), Jann Avery, Linda Carson, Pamela Keyes, Patricia
Kuby, Jason Mahar, Mark McKinzie, and Paul Seeburger.
