Marie J. Fetzner, Assistant to the Vice President, ETS, was an invited paper
presenter at the Fourth Annual SLOAN ALN (Asynchronous Learning Network)
Workshop sponsored by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Fetzner's paper,
Institutional Support for Online Faculty: Expanding the Model, was part of the
Sloan-C Faculty Effectiveness pillar spearheaded by Dr. Melody Thompson,
Director of Quality and Planning at Penn State World Campus. The Sloan Workshop
was held from September 24 - 27, 2002 in Lake George, New York and included
fourteen paper presentations from individuals throughout North America.
