On Tuesday, April 20th Tish Williams, Director of Grants, led a presentation entitled, “Toastmasters – It’s Not Just About Public Speaking.” MCC Toastmasters Jenny Petersen (Nursing), Rosanna Condello (College and Community Relations), Pam Kone (Applied Technologies), and Karen Frantz (Student Support Services) joined Williams in demonstrating a typical Toastmasters’ meeting. They sharing information on skills learned and honed through participation in the organization and how they relate to what we do every day.
