Please Welcome Servomation Refreshments, Inc as Monroe Community College’s New Vending Partner!
Monroe Community College Association, Inc contracts with vendors to provide vending services for Monroe Community College. During the Spring 2015 semester it sent out a request for proposal to 7 different vending providers. A committee of faculty, staff and students carefully reviewed the proposals, saw presentations and asked many thoughtful questions. At the end of this process, the committee selected Servomation Refreshments, Inc. from Canastota, NY as its new campus vending provider.
Servomation was selected because of its new technology, sustainable practices, service and support offered to MCC. As of August 1st, Servomation will officially take over vending at Monroe Community College. During the week of August 3rd all of the current vending machines will be replaced by new state of the art machines. The changes will impact the Brighton Campus, Damon City Campus, Economic and Workforce Development Center and the Applied Technologies Center. You may notice that machines will be missing for short periods of time, but we hope that all of the new machines will be installed and fully operational by Friday, August 7th. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
This new vendor has many new programs and features. Please look for “Taste of New York” machines in the Flynn Campus Center (building 3), with only products produced in New York State. In the Stabins Physical Education Complex (building 10) you will see machines specifically designed to highlight MCC’s student athletes. Plus, Servomation has a customer rewards card that customers can use for free products and reduced prices. More information to come. If you have questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to either myself <mailto:vgeermentry@monroecc.edu> or Craig Proctor <mailto:cproctor@monroecc.edu> .
