Updated College Key Protocol

The Facilities Department has updated the College Key Protocol. You may find this on the MCC Protocol Webpage. The College Key Protocol reviews the description of the process to request keys, key holder responsibility, what to do if you have lost your keys, and where to find the Key Request Form. 

The Key Request Form, that can be found on the Facilities webpage, has also been updated to include information regarding how to return keys upon the completion of your assignment and to remind staff that the Downtown classrooms are unlocked each day so there is no need to request classroom keys. 

As a reminder, when your key is ready for pick up you will receive an email from Key Control with instructions to set up your appointment for key pick up from the Custodial Operations Department in Building 3.
