The Support Staff Planning Council thanks Human Resources staff members Chelsea Davis and Mary Gilligan for their excellent workshop during Professional Development Week, "Basics of Search Committees: How Do Support Staff Become Members?" Their information is useful to any MCC employee wishing to serve on a College search committee, whether new to the process or having served before. Attached is Chelsea's PowerPoint from the presentation, which she agreed to share.
