Did You Just Have to Change Your Password?
For those whose cybersecurity awareness training is incomplete and overdue, your network password has been set to expire every 7 days. When you reset it, please make sure you update your password on all the devices you use to access the MCC network, including your desktop PC, cell phones, laptops, home computers, etc.
Once you have completed all your assigned cyber security training, you should request that your password expiration be reset back to normal by emailing (HELPDESK@monroecc.edu) or calling Technology Support at 292-8324. You do not have to provide certificates of completion; your status is visible in the KnowBe4 system.
The secure link to check your training status and finish your training can be found at myMCC > Employees > Technology Help in the Technology Links Channel. Adjuncts and other users who get an "account deleted" error when trying to log in to KnowBe4 will be able to sign in and take past due training once they are assigned an active primary job position in Banner. Training is not assigned until you have an active primary job position.
To change your password, go to https://myaccount.monroecc.edu, click the Reset Password button and follow the instructions on the screen.
