Stuart Slutzky, Hospitality Management, was interviewed by Michael Warren Thomas, WYSL 1040 AM radio at Rochester's Public Market last Saturday. Slutzky discussed the Hospitality Management Department 's new program curriculum and new menu. He also informed listeners about the Brighton Campus restaurant, Reflections. Slutzky ended his appearance by cooking a demo on the grill -- a rainbow trout with white wine, fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables -- right from the Public Market. He also answered audience questions.
