The Faculty Senate has formed an ad hoc committee for the purpose of evaluating
the Student Opinions Survey and the process by which it is implemented. This
committee has sent a request to each academic department to gather input on the
Student Opinions Survey of Courses and Faculty from the teaching faculty.
If you wish to participate in the group that collectively fills out the survey
for your department, please contact your department chair as soon as possible.
The surveys are due back to the committee by Nov. 1, 2002. Thank you for
your attention to this important issue.
