Passing of Ray E. Mandeville, Father-in-law of James Gertner

It is with sadness that I share the news that Ray E. Mandeville, father-in-law of James Gertner, Director, Workforce Projects and Operations in the Office of Workforce Development and Corporate College, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. A private graveside service was held at Fairfield Cemetery in Spencerport. The obituary may be viewed online.
