Welcome Dr. Candice Baldwin, Chief of Staff

Dear MCC Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Please join me in welcoming Chief of Staff Dr. Candice Baldwin to MCC! Dr. Baldwin joined MCC on June 12. She recently served as Associate Vice President for Student Success at Frederick Community College in Frederick, Maryland.

In her role as Chief of Staff, Dr. Baldwin will oversee the daily operation of the President’s office as well as serve as both a senior advisor to President Burt-Nanna on significant and sensitive issues and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).  In addition, she is actively seeking opportunities to meet as many of our colleagues and will welcome your outreach to make introductions and learn about the importance of your work with our college.

Chief of Staff Baldwin’s office is located in the President’s suite, Spina Administration Building, 1-321.
