iSupport Best Practices and Tips Virtual Presentation

Have you ever wondered about the status of a tech request?  Do you want to find out how you can review open (and completed) tech requests? Join the Support Staff Planning Council (SSPC) for a virtual presentation on Wednesday, September 20 at 11am on iSupport Tips & Best Practices with presenters Ann Penwarden (Assistant Director, CITS) and Christine Gallion (Help Desk team member, CNS). During this training, you will learn about technology support requests, how to submit tickets, check the status of tickets, and update requests. We will also share other tips about streamlining your requests and clearing out old tickets. This session will be recorded for those who cannot attend during this time.
