Essayist, short story writer and international traveler Barry Lopez will present “The Language of Resistance and Harmony” Wednesday, Nov. 5, 7 p.m., In Monroe A and B of the Campus Center, Brighton Campus. Tickets are available at the Campus Center Information and Services Desk (Bldg 3).
Lopez is an essayist and a short story writer who has traveled extensively to remote parts of the world. He is the prize-winning author of numerous books including Arctic Dreams, a nonfiction exploration of human and animal life in the far north which received the National Book Award.
